The list seemed perfect, much like the relationships themselves, all
Colgate-smiles, album collaborations, nauseating nicknames. But somewhere along the Hollywood Walk of Fame it all went wrong. Britney cheated. Ryan had a mid-life. Brad went over to the dark side and Rachel and Ryan just...they just called time. The love-story that was their post-Notebook romance appeared to fizzle out last year, with Ryan telling GQ mag: “I mean, God bless The Notebook. It introduced me to one of the great loves of my life. But people do Rachel and me a disservice by assuming we were anything like the people in that movie. Rachel and my love story is a hell of a lot more romantic than that.”
Are you melting yet? Well melt some more, because The Notebook has just come to life, in a deluxe collector's edition cut. The two have reunited and given us a scene of loved-up bliss that makes me wish my boyfriend and I had starred in a Romantic Drama together. So, no longer do I have to watch my Notebook DVD for scenes of two of the cutest Hollywood stars totally head-over-heels in love.
